The Sales Development Representative role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to drive growth for Insider's innovative AI-native customer experience and marketing platform in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads in the UK market
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present Insider’s solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development or a similar role within a SaaS or technology environment, demonstrating the ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms to track and manage sales activities.
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously learn about product offerings and industry trends.
- Legal right to work in the UK, with the ability to operate within the UK market.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including attending meetings or events as required (if specified).
