Job Description
The Sales Development Representative at Insider is responsible for driving growth by engaging potential clients and promoting the company's AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing, which aims to deliver personalized experiences and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads
- Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead information
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
