The Sales Development Representative role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts to promote Insider's AI-native customer experience and marketing platform in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential sales leads in Taiwan
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and promote Insider's platform
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements
Must have experience in sales development or a similar role, with a proven track record of generating leads and qualifying prospects.
Must have a strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement strategies.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
Must be highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with potential clients and internal teams.
Must be able to work in Taipei, Taiwan, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Must have a bachelor's degree or higher education qualification.
Must be able to handle physical demands associated with the role, including sitting for extended periods and using a computer for long hours.
