The Sales Development Representative for Nordics will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to drive growth for Insider's innovative customer experience and marketing platform in the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential sales prospects in the Nordics region
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present Insider's solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and growth
Requirements
Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, with a track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads in a B2B SaaS environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects effectively and build strong relationships.
Ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities efficiently.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets.
Fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus but not mandatory.
Experience working with enterprise brands or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product features.
Physical ability to perform typical office tasks and participate in virtual or in-person meetings as required.
