Job Description

The Recruiter role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for Insider across multiple regions and functions, while promoting an inclusive and dynamic company culture in a fast-growing global startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions across multiple regions and functions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company's expansion and hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related human resources roles, demonstrating the ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an international, diverse, and inclusive environment, respecting and embracing differences across sex, race, color, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, citizenship, or marital status.
  • Experience in recruiting for multiple positions and functions across different regions or countries, with a track record of successful placements in a global context.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate as a gatekeeper and make wise, well-informed decisions in selecting candidates.
  • Experience or familiarity with social media platforms and online channels for sourcing candidates, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Medium.
  • Willingness to participate in and promote a positive, socially progressive company culture and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Educational background or equivalent experience relevant to human resources, recruitment, or related fields (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
