The Recruiter role at Insider involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a global SaaS company, contributing to its expansion and fostering an inclusive, dynamic work environment across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit top talent for various positions across multiple regions and functions
- Engage in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to find A-players
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support company expansion and growth
Requirements
- Ability to work in an international, diverse, and inclusive environment.
- Experience in recruiting for multiple positions and functions across 5 continents and 25 regions.
- Strong communication skills suitable for master-communicator level.
- Proven experience in identifying and hiring A-players.
- Excellent people skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively.
- Ability to handle a great responsibility as a gatekeeper of Insider's recruitment process.
- Experience in building and maintaining a network of potential candidates globally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on impact and growth.
