Job Description
The Partnership Director will drive growth by managing and developing strategic channel partnerships in North America, supporting go-to-market strategies, onboarding, and co-selling initiatives to expand Insider's market presence and mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Insider's growth by supporting the formation and management of mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners in North America.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market strategies and programs.
- Facilitate partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement to promote mutual growth.
- Manage partner transactions, including generating referrals and co-selling opportunities with strategic partners.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Insider's product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to optimize collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Insider s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure the go-to-market engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
- Experience in supporting the formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with channel partners in North America.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market strategies and programs.
- Experience in driving partner selection, onboarding, enablement, and go-to-market activities with ISVs such as AWS, Shopify, Snowflake, Treasure Data, Databricks, Meta, etc.
- Proven experience in onboarding and transacting with partners, including driving referrals and co-selling activities.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle new challenges effectively.
- Ability to work enthusiastically in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve organizational goals.
