Job Description
A Management Trainee for Product at Insider, a leading B2B SaaS company, who will work closely with product leadership to develop skills in product management, contribute to innovative product development, and help guide new product ideas using data, research, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- •Guide new product ideas and set product vision using data, research, strategy, and empathy
- •Collaborate with development and design teams to achieve common goals
- •Make decisions on product features, release updates, and create innovative products
- •Work closely with Product Leadership to develop skills and gain experience
- •Participate in training and mentorship to grow into a successful product manager
Requirements

- •Communication: You serve as the diplomat of the team, you can transmit complex information to different audiences clearly and you are talented in reaching the information you need on the people you are talking to.
