Job Description
InsiderSpark offers an 8-week full-time, onsite program designed to develop early-career talents through real-world challenges, training, and mentorship within a fast-growing SaaS company, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- •Participate in an 8-week full-time onsite program to tackle real business challenges.
- •Work collaboratively with global teams, including senior leadership.
- •Engage in training sessions covering product, sales, growth, AI, SQL, Agile, and soft skills.
- •Contribute to a data-driven culture with ownership of company OKRs and autonomy.
- •Demonstrate growth, ownership, and impact throughout the program.
Requirements
- •Final year university students or recent graduates who are ambitious, curious, and driven, and are willing to participate in an 8-week, full-time, onsite experience in Istanbul.
- •Ability to work full-time onsite at the Istanbul headquarters for 8 weeks, 5 days a week.
- •Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and effective communication skills demonstrated through the evaluation process including a full-day Challenge Day working on business cases.
- •Proficiency in English, including the ability to communicate effectively during assessments and program activities.
- •Data analysis skills sufficient to be evaluated during the selection process and to handle responsibilities during the program.
- •Willingness to learn and be challenged across multiple domains including product, sales, growth, AI, SQL, Agile, and soft skills.
- •Ability to handle real responsibilities and demonstrate ownership from day one during the program.
- •Commitment to completing the 8-week program successfully and potentially earning a full-time position at Insider.
