An Inside Sales Specialist responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth within the company's innovative customer experience and marketing platform. The role involves building relationships, solving partner pains, and contributing to the company's mission of disrupting ecosystems and making an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to promote and sell Insider's products and services
- Understand partner and customer pains and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, demonstrating the ability to convince and engage clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand partner pains and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and sales techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand professional networks.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and a go-getter attitude with a desire to play big and succeed.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs in a consultative sales manner.
