Job Description
The Inside Sales Specialist role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth for Insider's B2B SaaS platform focused on customer experience and marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- •Engage with potential clients to promote and sell Insider's SaaS solutions.
- •Understand partner and client pains to tailor sales approaches and solutions.
- •Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate new sales opportunities.
- •Convince prospects of the value of Insider's platform to close sales deals.
- •Solve customer problems and address objections to facilitate sales.
- •Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Brazil.
Requirements
- •Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles, demonstrating the ability to convince and build relationships with clients.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address partner pains.
- •Ability to quickly learn new products, platforms, and sales techniques.
- •Demonstrated ability to be a go-getter, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- •Excellent communication and conversation-starting skills to engage clients and build networks.
- •Experience in a fast-paced, agile sales environment with a focus on growth and disruption.
- •Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of SaaS products, specifically in Customer Experience and Marketing platforms.
- •Willingness to work in a role that requires understanding partner needs and providing tailored solutions.
- •Physical and mental capacity to handle the demands of inside sales activities, including calls, demos, and client engagement.
