Job Description
The role involves working as a DevOps engineer in TestOps, focusing on implementing and managing testing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure to support the company's customer engagement platform and AI capabilities in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
- Automate testing and deployment processes to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize testing environments and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps, TestOps, or related roles with a strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or similar for automation purposes.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to deployment, infrastructure, and automation.
- Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
