Job Description

The Customer Success Manager at Insider will be responsible for driving client growth and ensuring successful use of the company's AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing, while fostering strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • •Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • •Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success
  • •Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on product usage

Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a customer success or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Strong understanding of customer experience and marketing strategies.
  • •Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
