Job Description
The Customer Success Manager at Insider will be responsible for driving client growth and ensuring successful use of the company's AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing, while fostering strong relationships with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on product usage
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
