Job Description

The Customer Success Manager at Insider will be responsible for driving customer adoption and retention by managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring they receive the necessary services for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and retention of services.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
