The Customer Success Manager for DACH is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success by managing client relationships, supporting their engagement with the platform, and driving value through the company's AI-native customer experience and marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with enterprise customers in the DACH region
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
Assist customers in onboarding and optimizing the use of Insider's platform
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
Requirements
Proven experience in Customer Success Management or a similar customer-facing role, with a track record of managing enterprise clients in the DACH region.
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and experience in implementing customer success initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Experience working with SaaS or MarTech platforms, specifically in customer experience and marketing solutions, is preferred.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in the DACH region.
Educational background relevant to the role, such as a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues with a proactive approach.
Physical ability to perform job duties, including attending meetings, presentations, and client visits as required.
