Job Description
The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new and existing clients through the onboarding and implementation of Insider's platform, ensuring they understand their business requirements and achieve optimal use of the system. This role involves project management, technical guidance, and fostering client confidence in utilizing the platform effectively.
Responsibilities
- •Transition clients from sales to onboarding and implementation of the platform
- •Understand client business requirements and use-cases
- •Manage project delivery and ensure accelerated time-to-value realization
- •Enable clients to use the platform to its fullest potential
- •Ensure smooth and complete Insider platform adoption
- •Provide technical guidance to clients during setup
- •Understand client application environment and data for optimal solution design
Requirements
- •The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for transitioning our clients from the sales process through onboarding and implementation of their new platform.
- •Responsible for understanding client’s business requirements and use-cases.
- •Manage project delivery and ensure accelerated time-to-value realization from their investment in Insider.
- •Ensure smooth, timely, and complete Insider platform adoption and client confidence in their new system.
- •Provide technical guidance to the client.
- •Support clients through setup while having a full understanding of the client’s application environment and data.
- •Provide optimal solution design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner.
