The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring successful integration and value realization of the platform, while collaborating with technical teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the onboarding process to ensure successful and timely client integration
Collaborate with internal technical teams to train and empower customers on platform features
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the client organization
Manage multiple short to medium-term projects simultaneously
Understand and interpret technical documentation, including API, HTML, CSS, XML, and data flows
Help clients realize the value of the platform to accelerate Time to Value and improve customer retention
Requirements
Have a technical background, which could be gained through either academic education or relevant work experience.
Ability to read API documentation.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML.
Ability to understand basic data structures and data flows.
Experience with short to medium-term projects.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
