Job Description
The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new and existing clients through the onboarding and implementation of Insider's platform, ensuring they understand their business requirements and achieve optimal use of the system. This role involves project management, technical guidance, and fostering client confidence to maximize the value of their investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Transition clients from sales to onboarding and implementation of the platform
- Understand client business requirements and use-cases
- Manage project delivery and ensure accelerated time-to-value realization
- Enable clients to use the platform to its fullest potential
- Ensure smooth, timely, and complete platform adoption
- Provide technical guidance to clients during setup
- Understand client application environment and data for optimal solution design
Requirements
- Experience in managing project delivery and client onboarding processes.
- Strong project management principles and technical knowledge.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and use-cases.
- Experience in providing technical guidance to clients.
- Full understanding of the client’s application environment and data.
- Ability to provide optimal solution design recommendations for integration.
