Job Description
The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new and existing clients through the onboarding and implementation of Insider's platform, ensuring they fully utilize its capabilities. This role involves understanding client requirements, managing project delivery, and providing technical guidance to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Transition clients from sales to onboarding and implementation of the platform
- Understand client business requirements and use-cases
- Manage project delivery and ensure accelerated time-to-value realization
- Enable clients to use the platform to its fullest potential
- Ensure smooth and complete Insider platform adoption
- Provide technical guidance to clients during setup
- Understand client application environment and data for optimal solution design
Requirements
- Experience in a customer onboarding or project management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage project delivery and timelines.
- Technical knowledge to provide guidance and support to clients during the onboarding process.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and use-cases to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Experience in providing solution design recommendations based on client application environment and data.
- Proven track record of ensuring client confidence and satisfaction during the onboarding process.
