Job Description

The Business Development Representative at Insider will be responsible for driving growth by engaging with potential clients and building relationships to promote the company's AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to understand and solve partner pain points effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive and go-getter attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
