Job Description

The Account Executive Sales Manager role involves engaging with enterprise clients across various industries in the Australian market to drive growth and sales of Insider's AI-native customer experience and marketing platform within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise-level clients across various industries in the Australian market.
  • Drive new business growth through a hunter sales approach.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for the company's SaaS products.
  • Leverage inbound leads and collaborate with SDRs to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's product to potential clients to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong hunter mindset and passion for working in a hyper-growth MarTech scale-up with a rapid sales cycle.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise-level clients across various industries such as retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel in the Australia market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline, with experience in handling inbound marketing leads and working with SDR lead generation.
  • Ability to engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions based on the company's product offerings.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in working with or selling AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platforms or similar MarTech solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-demand sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events (if applicable).
