Job Description
The Account Executive role involves driving sales and building relationships with clients in Brazil for Insider's innovative MarTech platform, focusing on disrupting traditional SaaS sales and promoting the company's cutting-edge customer experience and marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and revenue in the Brazil market by engaging prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Present and demonstrate Insider's products and solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise sales roles, with a focus on account management and new business development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Experience working with or selling to enterprise brands and large organizations, preferably within the marketing technology or customer experience sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales activities and pipeline management.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, if applicable.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
