Job Description
The Account Director will be responsible for managing client renewals and stakeholder relationships, coordinating with Customer Success Managers to drive expansion opportunities and negotiate contract terms. This role involves nurturing sponsors, understanding stakeholder needs, and overseeing the renewal process across various accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewal and create expansion opportunities
- Manage contract terms including price negotiations
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers
- Serve as the primary contact for executives
- Nurture sponsors and discover stakeholder needs
- Conduct Business Reviews and manage renewal processes
- Negotiate contracts
Requirements
- Proven experience in renewals and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in coordination with Customer Success Managers.
- Ability to drive renewal, create expansion, and MRR Raise opportunities.
- Experience in managing high-level stakeholders through all account bases.
- Experience in contract terms including price negotiations.
- Experience in sponsor nurturing and discovering all stakeholders and their needs.
- Experience in conducting Business Reviews and renewal processes.
- Experience in contract negotiations.
