Job Description

The Account Director will be responsible for managing client renewals and stakeholder relationships, driving expansion opportunities, and negotiating contract terms while coordinating with Customer Success Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Manage contract terms and price negotiations
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Managers
  • Serve as primary contact for high-level stakeholders
  • Nurture sponsor relationships
  • Identify stakeholder needs and align with product offerings
  • Conduct Business Reviews
  • Oversee renewal processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, specifically in renewals and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in coordination with Customer Success Managers.
  • Experience in driving renewal, creating expansion, and managing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) raise opportunities.
  • Experience in contract terms negotiation, including price negotiations.
  • Ability to manage high-level stakeholders across all account bases.
  • Experience in sponsor nurturing and discovering stakeholder needs to match with product suites.
  • Experience in conducting Business Reviews and managing renewal processes.
