The Account Director will be responsible for managing client renewals and stakeholder relationships, driving expansion opportunities, and negotiating contract terms while coordinating with Customer Success Managers.

Requirements
•Proven experience in account management, specifically in renewals and stakeholder management.
•Ability to work in coordination with Customer Success Managers.
•Experience in driving renewal, creating expansion, and managing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) raise opportunities.
•Experience in contract terms negotiation, including price negotiations.
•Ability to manage high-level stakeholders across all account bases.
•Experience in sponsor nurturing and discovering stakeholder needs to match with product suites.
•Experience in conducting Business Reviews and managing renewal processes.
