Job Description
The Key Account Manager CE - Benelux Region is responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving sales of innovative wireless control and IoT solutions for major clients in the connected home industry, working within a global team to promote smart, sustainable device interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts in the CE - Benelux region
- Develop and maintain relationships with Fortune 100 customers
- Drive sales and promote wireless control technology solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the wireless technology or IoT industry, with a track record of managing large accounts such as Fortune 100 companies.
- Strong understanding of wireless control solutions, including chips, software licenses, and turnkey products, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with international clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work effectively with an international team and manage cross-cultural communication.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
- Proficiency in identifying customer needs and providing tailored wireless technology solutions.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating with product development, sales, and technical teams to meet client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
