The Sr. Final Assembly Clerk assists in managing production line activities, including coordinating inventory, processing transactions in the Oracle system, and ensuring timely material issuance to support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Engineering teams to manage Oracle system transactions including WO creation, material issue, completion, and closing.
Monitor and control raw material inventory in Oracle system to ensure data accuracy and alignment with physical stock.
Analyze inventory discrepancies and coordinate with related departments to resolve stock variance issues.
Control BOM, yield rate, and routing data in the system to ensure correct production transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and production reports for management review.
Ensure timely material issuance to support production plans and prevent line stoppages.
Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts to ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in production or inventory management.
College or University degree in Industrial Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields.
English language skills are basic communication level.
Able to work 48 hours per week.
Able to work in the office and the production area.
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings, and other activities organized by the company or PD.
