The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor troubleshooting of equipment to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation with minimal downtime in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled
Inspect, clean, tighten, lubricate, and replace worn-out parts
Record maintenance results and report abnormalities
Follow technical procedures and safety guidelines
Coordinate with production teams for maintenance scheduling
Support minor troubleshooting under supervision
Conduct post-maintenance checks to ensure equipment stability
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as a digital multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator
Basic English communication skills
BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering
Able to work 48 hours per week
Able to work in the office and the production area
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
