Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor troubleshooting of equipment to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation with minimal downtime in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled
- Inspect, clean, tighten, lubricate, and replace worn-out parts
- Record maintenance results and report abnormalities
- Follow technical procedures and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with production teams for maintenance scheduling
- Support minor troubleshooting under supervision
- Conduct post-maintenance checks to ensure equipment stability
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as a digital multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator
- Basic English communication skills
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering
- Able to work 48 hours per week
- Able to work in the office and the production area
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
