Job Description
The PE Test Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing test systems to ensure product quality and support manufacturing processes in electronics production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated and manual test systems for electronics manufacturing
- Execute test plans to verify product functionality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during NPI to establish test coverage, DFT, and production readiness
- Analyze test data to support yield improvement and quality enhancement
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot existing test equipment
- Assist in developing test software for data acquisition and instrumentation
- Train and mentor junior test engineers and technicians
- Coordinate with global engineering and manufacturing sites to standardize test methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce test time, increase throughput, and improve first-pass yield
Requirements
- Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan đến kiểm thử hoặc điện tử.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm về các máy kiểm tra chức năng FCT, máy ghi chương trình, phân tích sản phẩm lỗi, và các công cụ liên quan.
- Có bằng cử nhân điện, điện tử hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có khả năng vận hành, bảo trì, và xử lý sự cố hệ thống kiểm thử hiện tại.
- Có khả năng hỗ trợ phát triển phần mềm kiểm tra để thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu, ví dụ như LabVIEW, Python.
- Có khả năng tham gia và hoàn thành các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
- Có thể làm việc 48 giờ mỗi tuần trong môi trường văn phòng và khu vực sản xuất.
- Có đủ sức khỏe để tham gia các buổi đào tạo, hội họp, và các hoạt động liên quan.
