Job Description
The position involves managing and improving the soldering line process to ensure production quality, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, and handling related equipment, troubleshooting, and training activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assign tasks for Soldering Engineers and Technicians
- Design and improve soldering processes to enhance productivity and quality
- Organize and set up NPI and transfer projects
- Maintain and control routing systems for different models
- Handle irregularities related to the soldering line temporarily
- Adjust, manage, maintain, and repair equipment on the soldering line
- Analyze and track problems arising in the production process
- Track and oversee rework of corrected products
- Patrol, guide, and train employees on the soldering line, and fix frequent errors
- Monitor UPH and UPPH metrics of production lines
- Analyze and improve the UPPH index
- Report issues to the department head
- Train employees in the Soldering team
Requirements
- Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan đến sản xuất hoặc kỹ thuật chuyền hàn thiếc.
- Có bằng cử nhân (BS) trong các ngành Điện, Điện tử hoặc Cơ điện tử.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc 48 giờ mỗi tuần, làm việc tại văn phòng và khu vực sản xuất.
- Có đủ sức khỏe để tham gia các buổi đào tạo, hội họp, và các hoạt động liên quan đến công việc.
