Job Description
The Site Development Officer is responsible for managing a pipeline of origination leads, building client relationships, and closing deals related to ground lease buy-outs in the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors, while contributing to strategic initiatives and maintaining a competitive market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
- Build and maintain a client pipeline using a consultative approach.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination and closings.
- Monitor and ensure the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
- Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and product development to stay competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture
- Ability to manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
- Ability to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and employ a consultative approach to clients considering a ground lease buy-out
- Ability to achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings
- Ability to rigorously monitor personal origination waterfall activity to ensure health and stability of sales pipeline
- Ability to contribute user-experience input to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Ability to contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain a competitive market position
- Outstanding negotiation and influence skills
