Job Description
The Lease Administration Analyst is responsible for managing and administrating the company's lease portfolio, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of lease agreements, renewals, and amendments while collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- •Administer, review, and track lease agreements for owned and leased properties.
- •Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
- •Coordinate lease renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring deadlines are met.
- •Work with Legal and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies related to lease terms and payments.
- •Monitor and manage key lease milestones, such as rent payments and lease expirations.
- •Prepare and maintain reports on lease obligations and critical dates for renewals or terminations.
- •Review and process rent payments and adjustments.
- •Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for lease-related expenses.
- •Ensure proper filing and maintenance of lease documentation.
- •Support internal and external audits by providing necessary lease documentation.
- •Collaborate with departments to align lease requirements with operational needs.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- •3 years of experience in lease administration, preferably in the telecom, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- •Strong knowledge of lease agreements, terms, and lease management software.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and lease management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi).
- •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple lease agreements and deadlines simultaneously.
- •Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- •Solid understanding of financial concepts related to leases, including rent escalations, CAM charges, and lease accounting.
