Job Description
The Key Account Manager will develop and manage a pipeline of renewable energy investment leads, cultivating client relationships and closing deals, while contributing to strategic initiatives to support the company's growth in wireless renewables infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
- Build and develop a sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients using a consultative approach
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination and closings
- Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline
- Contribute to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives and product development to stay competitive in the market
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2C sales.
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation skills required, with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit.
- Outstanding negotiation and influence skills.
- Ability to manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
- Ability to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and employ a consultative approach to clients considering a ground lease buy-out.
- Ability to achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings.
- Ability to rigorously monitor personal origination waterfall activity to ensure health and stability of the sales pipeline.
