The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
Build and develop a sales pipeline by establishing relationships with prospective clients using a consultative approach.
Achieve personal targets related to origination funnel management and transaction closings.
Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline through activity tracking.
Contribute to origination process improvements, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
Support strategic initiatives and product development to enhance market competitiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
Exceptional negotiation skills with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
Experience originating within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries
Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
