Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will lead core HR and talent management activities, including payroll administration, compensation design, benefits management, recruiting, and talent development, within a fast-growing, multi-national organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across all countries in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Design, analyze, and implement compensation and incentive programs for employees
  • Manage the year-end performance management cycle
  • Develop and support HR functions covering the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, retention, and separation
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Evaluate, select, and manage benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain talent
  • Implement and oversee effective recruiting processes and manage vendor relationships
  • Oversee selection and management of payroll vendor partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and optimize benefit administration processes

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience within a public or private company.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading a Human Resources and recruiting function within an entrepreneurial organization experiencing rapid growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree and SPHR certification are required.
  • Experience leading Human Resources at a company with multi-national operations.
  • Demonstrated track record of design, development, communication, and administration of compensation strategies and plans, including bonuses, commissions, and other compensation methods.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to influence executives are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
