Job Description
A Data Research Consultant based in Athens, Greece, responsible for supporting the development of a landowner identification framework through digital and field research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on land ownership processes and local regulations
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize real estate, cadastral, and sector-specific data
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and organize critical contacts and information
- Assist in scaling and structuring data to support strategic decisions
- Conduct digital research and field-based investigations, including engagement with stakeholders
Requirements
- The candidate must be based in Athens, Greece, and able to conduct face-to-face engagements with professionals in the field.
- The candidate must have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- The candidate must have experience with property, legal, or government data research, which is considered advantageous.
- The candidate must be familiar with GIS tools or systems, which is considered a significant plus.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
