A Data Research Consultant based in Athens, Greece, responsible for supporting the development of a landowner identification framework through digital and field research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on land ownership processes and local regulations
Gather, analyze, and synthesize real estate, cadastral, and sector-specific data
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and organize critical contacts and information
Assist in scaling and structuring data to support strategic decisions
Conduct digital research and field-based investigations, including engagement with stakeholders
Requirements
The candidate must be based in Athens, Greece, and able to conduct face-to-face engagements with professionals in the field.
The candidate must have strong analytical and organizational skills.
The candidate must have experience with property, legal, or government data research, which is considered advantageous.
The candidate must be familiar with GIS tools or systems, which is considered a significant plus.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
