A Data Research Consultant responsible for providing insights and guidance on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data in Portugal, supporting decision-making and strategic planning through data sourcing, analysis, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations
- Deliver insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data
- Collaborate with the team to source and compile essential information and contacts
- Scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning
Requirements
- Expertise in data for Portugal
- Familiarity with how the real estate and cadastral data processes work
- Experience with the telecoms industry or working with municipalities to obtain critical information
- Ability to provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations
- Ability to deliver insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data
- Experience collaborating with teams to source and compile essential information and contacts
- Ability to scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) would be a strong advantage
