The Caller Scheduler is responsible for managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads by setting appointments between property owners and account managers, contributing to sales growth and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal pipeline of origination leads to set calls between site owners and Account Managers
Achieve personal targets related to call setting and closings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Monitor origination activity to ensure the health and stability of the sales pipeline
Contribute input to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain competitive market positioning
Requirements
Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
Natural ability to build rapport
Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV required
Some college or equivalent experience required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
Outstanding negotiation and influence skills
