Job Description
The Caller Scheduler is responsible for managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads by setting appointments between property owners and account managers, contributing to sales growth and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline of origination leads to set calls between site owners and Account Managers
- Achieve personal targets related to call setting and closings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Monitor origination activity to ensure the health and stability of the sales pipeline
- Contribute input to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain competitive market positioning
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
- Natural ability to build rapport
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV required
- Some college or equivalent experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Outstanding negotiation and influence skills
