Job Description
The Hardware Engineer will collaborate with research teams to design, build, and test innovative prototypes, utilizing expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to guide projects from the design phase to completion. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to mentor a diverse team and accelerate research and development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with research teams to design, build, and test novel prototypes.
- Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to nurture projects from design to completion.
- Advise processes and programs to accelerate research and development.
- Mentor and lead a diverse team of operations specialists and engineers.
- Guide open-ended projects to completion using organizational skills.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to nurture projects in the design phase and see them through to completion in building and testing.

Compensation/salary range: $139,776 - $209,664 per year
