Job Description
A Deployment Engineer responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and reliability of a fleet of robots by diagnosing failures and implementing continuous improvements to ensure efficient operation in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, performance, and reliability of the robot fleet
- Diagnose complex failures in robots
- Drive continuous improvements in process, safety, and uptime
- Collaborate with engineering, research, and operations teams to maintain system efficiency in real-world environments
Requirements
- Experience in diagnosing complex failures and driving continuous improvements in process, safety, and uptime for robotic systems or similar equipment.
- Ability to ensure the health, performance, and reliability of a fleet of robots in dynamic, real-world environments.
- Collaborate across engineering, research, and operations teams to keep robotic systems running efficiently.
- Experience with bringing up new robots, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issues.
- Strong understanding of system diagnostics, maintenance, and performance optimization for robotic or automated systems.
