A Senior Project Manager with civil engineering expertise overseeing multi-disciplinary transportation and municipal projects, responsible for design, project management, business development, and client relations within a collaborative, employee-owned firm.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage transportation and municipal projects within civil engineering scope
Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to provide civil design and project management
Contribute to business development through marketing plans, client relations, and proposal development
Track prospective opportunities and deliver client presentations
Ensure projects are optimized for cost efficiency and risk mitigation
Requirements
Extensive experience designing and managing a variety of projects within the transportation and municipal government sectors.
Experience working alongside Civil, Water Resources, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural professionals to provide civil design and management of multi-discipline projects.
Ability to collaborate with the Regional Vice President to develop marketing plans, cultivate and maintain relations with clients and agency representatives, track prospective opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver client presentations.
Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license with senior-level experience.
Ability to contribute to business development activities as part of a Seller-Doer approach.
Experience in project management including cost efficiency and risk mitigation for civil and multi-discipline projects.
