Job Description
The Senior Professional Engineer Project Manager will lead the design and implementation of complex transportation infrastructure projects, focusing on safety and efficiency while collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance services and business development in the Greater Milwaukee area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects for designing transportation infrastructure systems.
- Provide sustainable transportation planning and geometric layouts.
- Conduct multimodal planning, preliminary engineering, and final design.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing plans.
- Cultivate and maintain relations with clients and agency representatives.
- Track prospective opportunities and develop proposals.
- Deliver client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation engineering or project management.
- Experience in designing complex transportation infrastructure systems.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
- Experience with sustainable transportation planning, geometric layouts, multimodal planning, preliminary engineering, and final design.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
- Willingness to participate in business development activities, including developing proposals and delivering client presentations.
- Ability to complete a standard pre-employment background screening, which consists of Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
