Job Description
The Senior Electrical Engineer will design electrical systems for airfield airport operations, including lighting, controls, power distribution, and security systems, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on various aviation projects and performing construction administration and inspection duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for airfield airport operations, including lighting, controls, power distribution, emergency generators, NAVAIDS, security, and communications systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on airport and aviation projects.
- Perform construction administration and inspection observation duties for electrical components.
Requirements
- Experience designing a variety of electrical systems for airfield airport operations including lighting, controls, and power distribution for commercial and general aviation airports.
- Ability to design electrical components related to power distribution, control systems, emergency generators, NAVAIDS, airfield lighting, security, and communications systems.
- Reside within a regular commuting distance from the company's office in Bloomington, MN.
- Experience performing construction administration and inspection observation duties related to electrical systems.
