Join our team as a Lead Water-Wastewater Engineer in Bloomington, MN where you will have the opportunity to be a technical lead, design innovator, and mentor while delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects that protect the health and well-being of the public and the environment – from our backyard in the
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 15% (including occasional overnight travel).
- Masters degree with an emphasis on water and wastewater treatment.
- Experience with conceptual and facility planning, permitting, and coordination with regulators.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide technical direction throughout all design phases.
- Prior experience leading the design of multidisciplinary projects with engineering fees over $1 M.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate client and stakeholder relations and to secure public and private project opportunities – within the Twin Cities metro, across greater Minnesota, and throughout the upper Midwest
