Job Description
A CAD Designer Engineering Specialist responsible for developing preliminary and final designs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver civil designs for public and private sector projects including utility systems, stormwater management, and campus developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing preliminary and final designs for wastewater, water supply, and street improvement projects.
- Collaborate with civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural professionals on multi-discipline projects.
- Create civil designs for public and private projects including industrial, commercial, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, and campus developments.
Requirements
- Experience assisting with the development of preliminary and final designs for wastewater collection, wastewater treatment, water supply, drinking water treatment, and street improvements within municipal government, manufacturing industrial, and private development sectors.
- Ability to work alongside Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural professionals to provide civil design on multi-discipline public and private projects, including industrial, commercial development, utility infrastructure and facility design, stormwater management systems, and corporate and academic campus design.
- Proficiency in CAD design, specifically as a CAD Designer Engineering Specialist.

- Availability to work in a flexible work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
- Successful completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
