Job Description
The 2025 Summer Intern - Architecture position offers undergraduate and graduate students a hands-on learning experience in architecture, where they will assist in developing schematic designs, preparing construction documentation, and collaborating with a multi-disciplined team on various projects related to Class I Railroads and Mass Transit organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing schematic designs
- Assist with specification preparation and edits
- Prepare construction documentation
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Collaborate with multi-disciplined engineering professionals
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BSArch) or a graduate student pursuing a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime throughout the summer of 2025 from mid-May through mid-August.
- Must have skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment, the selected candidate will be required to complete a standard pre-employment background screening, which consists of Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
