Job Description

The Cycle Manager is responsible for safe, effective, and risk-informed development, maintenance, and execution readiness of the integrated station schedule across all modes of operation.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.
Ability to physically respond and have unescorted access to SSES.
Ability to maintain Emergency Plan position qualifications.
Extensive knowledge of nuclear plant operations in the form of; Senior Reactor Operator license, Shift Technical Advisor, plant specific certification, maintenance, engineering, or equivalent plant experience.
Previous or current Senior Reactor Operator or Reactor Operator License or Certification, OR +5 years non-licensed operating experience with demonstrated leadership.
+5 years of supervisory experience in one of the following departments: Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Work Management (or equivalent experience)
BS/BE (or Equivalent Experience)
Proficiency with P-6 - Develop work windows, logic ties and resource manpower loading; capable of obtaining various P-6 reports for both outage and on-line periods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate schedule risk, performance data, and corrective actions into clear leadership-level messages.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate challenging meetings, and drive alignment across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Work Management, and station leadership.
Proficiency or ability to develop proficiency in station work management and reporting systems such as Oracle, NIMS, PRA, Syntempo, QLIK, ActionWay, DLAP, and related scheduling/performance tools.
Strong understanding of nuclear work management (INPO AP-928), online schedule development, station schedule execution, routine work scheduling, and nuclear plant risk management.
Ability to coach others, hold standards, prioritize competing work, and make risk-informed decisions in a high-accountability nuclear environment.
