The VP of Consultant Relations at Sword Health is responsible for leading and expanding the company's global strategy with benefits consulting and advisory firms, driving growth, enterprise adoption, and revenue through strategic partnerships, while building and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global consultant and brokerage strategies to expand market influence
Build and scale strategic partnerships with benefits consulting and advisory firms
Position Sword as a trusted AI-first healthcare partner to consultants and clients
Drive growth, enterprise adoption, and revenue through partnership leverage
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, product, and clinical teams
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Consultant Relations team focused on influence, enablement, and pipeline growth
Requirements
Experience in developing and executing global consultant and brokerage strategies to scale strategic partnerships with benefits consulting and advisory firms.
Proven ability to expand market influence by positioning a company as a trusted, category-defining, AI-first healthcare partner to consultants and their payer, employer, and health system clients.
Experience in crafting and executing strategies that leverage partnerships to drive sustained growth, enterprise adoption, and long-term revenue impact.
Ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic influence, enablement, and pipeline acceleration.
Experience working cross-functionally with Enterprise and Payor Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, and Clinical teams.
Legal right to work in the United States; candidates must be full-time employees regularly working at least 25 hours per week, with no immigration or work visa sponsorship provided.
Strong leadership skills to spearhead and scale the consultant relations function as the organization grows.
