The VP, Client Partner is responsible for leading and growing strategic health plan partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring successful collaboration across internal teams to position Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead strategic health plan partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Operate as the senior relationship leader across assigned payor accounts to influence selling strategies and optimize reseller partnerships
Collaborate with internal sales, product, clinical, and operational teams to ensure effective packaging, positioning, and execution within each plan's rules of engagement
Lead executive strategy, growth, and commercial expansion within partnerships
Influence cross-functional teams to achieve partnership growth, revenue expansion, and member engagement outcomes
Requirements
Ownership and leadership of Sword's most strategic health plan partnerships, including driving revenue growth, executive alignment, and market expansion.
Ability to operate as the senior relationship leader across assigned payor accounts, influencing selling motion, optimizing reseller strategy, and ensuring long-term mutual success.
Strong matrix leadership skills and executive presence to influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Implementation, Clinical, Operations, and Product teams.
Experience working closely with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to support operational delivery and leading executive strategy, growth, and commercial expansion within partnerships.
Proven success in partnership growth, revenue expansion, reseller performance, executive alignment, and member engagement outcomes.
