Job Description
A Strategy Operations Trainee at Sword Health supports the Associate General Managers across key healthcare solutions by assisting with strategy, operations, and process improvements, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling innovative healthcare solutions within a fast-growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Associate General Managers of the Thrive, Bloom, and Move teams.
- Assist in driving performance and structuring processes across multiple areas.
- Help solve real-world problems related to healthcare solutions.
- Contribute to building, scaling, and aligning high-performing healthcare solutions.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- This position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Proactive and detail-oriented individuals are required.
- Support the Associate General Managers of the Thrive, Bloom, and Move teams, which are the three main solutions.
- Work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution to help drive performance, structure processes, and solve real-world problems across multiple areas.
- Participate in a 12-month global trainee program that involves using technology to solve human problems at scale, with meaningful work from day one.
- Demonstrate a passion, commitment, and energy to help scale the company's global impact.
- Ability to learn by doing and gain direct exposure to building, scaling, and aligning high-performing healthcare solutions in a fast-growing tech environment.
- Be proactive and detail-oriented in supporting team objectives.
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to support strategy, operations, and execution activities.
