The Strategy Operations Associate supports Sword Health's growth by managing strategic projects and operational initiatives to increase revenue and enhance member experience, collaborating across departments to execute growth strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support rapid growth through high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives to increase revenue and enhance member experience
- Lead and assist in growth-related special projects with cross-functional and financial impact on key business areas
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure successful execution of growth strategies and campaigns
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in working on high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives to drive revenue and improve member experience.
- Ability to lead and assist in growth-related special projects with cross-functional and financial impact on key business areas.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with different departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies and campaigns.
